Our AGING BOLDLY fitness classes are 90 minutes of focused fun and serious full-body training that's adaptable for all participants. 


If you're over 50, overweight, over stressed, or just overdue for taking better care of yourself, then this class is for you!

FITNESS/TRAINING CLASSES

In addition to our AGING BOLDLY classes, I offer two additional classes that fill two important needs - core strength and stretching.


GUTS & BUTTS - Building a Strong Core (Thursdays 1:00  - 1:50) is 50 minutes of core and glute strengthening exercises from standing, sitting and floor positions.


STRETCHING BOLDLY (Thursdays 2-3 pm)  is a full hour dedicated to increasing flexibility for all levels.  Come try us out!

ADAPTIVE/INCLUSIVE TRAINING

My personal training clients are special to me, and many have issues which require special attention and special training.  Some are older; many are overweight; some have hip, knee or shoulder issues. 


As a Corrective Exercise Specialist, I work with people who have fibromyalgia, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's Disease, and other issues that can make them feel like it's too late to improve their health...but it's not. I can also work hand-in-hand with your physician to develop the best program for you.

ONLINE TRAINING

When in-person personal training isn't convenient or preferred, 

I offer an online training program. 


Online personal training is perfect for the person who needs guidance and accountability but likes the flexibility of doing it on their own. 


With my system, you and I lay out a workout plan and schedule that meet your goals, 

time frame and ability. 


Online personal training can help reach your overall fitness, health and wellness goals so that you can continue to be active in all of what life has to offer.
